Do you integrate with Metafour?

Yes. If your post room runs Metafour, your team can book Gophr from inside the software they already use. Set-up takes days, not weeks.

Can you deliver across London by bike?

Yes. Bikes and cargo bikes are our default across central London - the City (EC1-EC4), Holborn and Fleet Street (WC2, EC4), Soho, Fitzrovia and Mayfair (W1), Westminster (SW1), the South Bank (SE1) and Canary Wharf (E14) - getting through traffic, into access-restricted streets and around charging zones in a way vans can't. Collection in the Square Mile averages 22 minutes on a weekday rush or direct booking.

What if a consignment is too big for a bike?

We run the full vehicle range, from bikes to large vans, and match the vehicle to the load. Van collection in central London averages just under an hour.

Do you handle IT equipment?

Yes. Moving IT kit - laptops, monitors, full setups - from City offices to staff homes is one of our most common facilities deliveries. Couriers are vetted and DBS-checked, and everything is tracked with photo proof of delivery.

Can you deliver to multiple addresses in one booking?

Yes. Multi-drop lets you collect once and deliver to several addresses on a single booking, each with its own live tracking and proof of delivery, across London and the UK.

What are your carbon credentials?

We run zero-emission bikes and cargo bikes wherever they fit the load, and we carbon offset every delivery as standard through Ecologi. That gives facilities teams a clean line for Scope 3 reporting.

What are your operating hours?
